I created Vital Mynd as a refuge for any seeking individual to come and find free information and accessible mental health services.

​

I began my professional career several years ago working in business and consulting. As the years passed, I couldn't help but take note of a particular recurring theme: Despite the material rewards achieved by my clients via successful marketing campaigns, favorable contract negotiations, new product launches, or any other of our ambitious collaborations, not one of them found lasting inner peace or joy in their attainment. In fact, more often, I found my fellows in deteriorating states of mind lacking resources for addressing their wellbeing.

Simultaneously, I recognized in myself a deep curiosity and passion for the study of neuroscience and the inner workings of the mind. A new path beckoned. I began helping anyone who asked, applying the knowledge and skill I was acquiring while continuing my education. Now, I consider myself a Mental Health Activist. There is no need to stand by as our mental faculties deteriorate. There are better and more effective solutions than those that had previously been offered us. Expanding access to mental health services, and establishing such as a basic human right, is a collective effort that I am proud and humbled to participate in!
